COMPLETION OF A NEW SUPPLY PIPELINE F160 PEVP USING THE TRENCHLESS METHOD

REGARDING: Received inquiry with ent. 194/08.11.2019 in connection with the conduct of a "public competition" procedure for awarding a public contract with the subject: "Completion of a new water supply pipe f160 PEVP by trenchless method" published file with identifier No. 00855-2019-0003 in the ROP of AOP.

EXPLANATION #1 

DEAR LADIES AND GENTLEMEN,

Pursuant to Art. 180 of the Civil Code, we provide you with the following clarifications on issues received, in connection with the procedure for awarding a public contract with the above-mentioned subject.

Question #1:

According to the announcement, the technology of laying the above-mentioned water pipeline is completely trenchless. Does this apply to the entire water pipeline or to individual crossings, because in our opinion there is a discrepancy between the requirements of the advertisement and the quantity bill proposed for bidding. If we assume that the water pipeline will be laid entirely without a trench, which is also evident from the cross-sections of the project, there should not be such an amount of excavation work, as well as restoration work on the roadway according to the attached quantity bill. Please tell us which is correct: the advertisement or the bill of quantities?

Answer to question #1:

It is envisaged that the laying will be carried out without trenching, such as for the construction of PN, air duct, etc. a trench excavation, respective restoration of pavements is planned. You must adhere to the project documentation, there is no discrepancy between the listing and the bill of quantities.
