PROTOCOL OF THE HELD COMPETITION:

On the basis of Art. 91 of the CT and Art. 17 of Ordinance No. 1 of 22.01.2015 for the acquisition of a specialty in the health care system, Order No. 39/30.07.24 of the Director, DPBLNA announces an open competition for filling the position : 

"Doctor, specialist in Psychiatry" - 1 place

Those interested can apply for the announced position by submitting the following documents to the hospital registry:

1. Application for participation in the competition with full name, social security number, exact address, telephone and e-mail, as well as a list of the documents attached to the application

2. Copy of an identity document

3. Autobiography

4. Copy of the diploma for the professional qualification "Master's doctor" acquired by the candidate, including the appendix with the grades

5. Certificate of membership in BLS 

The listed documents should be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope, inscribed with the name of the applicant and the position for which he is applying. 

The same are submitted by the candidates in the time from 8.30 a.m. on 01.08.2024 to 1.00 p.m. on 30.08.2024 in the office of the DPBLNA in the city of Sofia, quarter "Sukhodol", floor 201 of the administrative building. When receiving the documents in the registry office, the employee writes the incoming number and the date of receipt on the envelope. Applicants are provided with a job description for the position.

Candidates are admitted by a commission appointed by the director in accordance with Art. 93 of the CT. The commission, within 3 working days after the deadline for submitting the documents, examines the submitted documents in the order in which they were received. Candidates who have submitted the necessary documents certifying compliance with the requirements are allowed to participate in the competition. Unadmitted candidates are notified in writing of the reasons for the refusal. Within 7 days of the announcement, they can make an objection to the director of the DPBLNA, who, within three days of receiving the objection, decides the matter definitively. Admitted candidates are notified in writing of the date, time of commencement and venue of the competition.

The occupation of the position is carried out after holding a competition - a written exam and an interview, by a commission appointed by the director in accordance with Article 94 of the Labor Code. The written examination is conducted on two topics as per the syllabus annexed to the advertisement. After checking and evaluating the written works, an interview is held to assess the knowledge and skills necessary to fill the position. A candidate with a grade below a very good 4.50 is not allowed to be interviewed and is dropped from the ranking. The assessment is carried out according to the six-point system.

The applicant ranking score is calculated as an arithmetic mean of:

  • The average success of the study and state exams;
  • The evaluations from the nearest specialties of the candidate's higher education diploma in psychiatry, nervous diseases, clinical psychology; 
  • The result of the verification of the candidate's knowledge of the specialty for which he is applying - written exam;
  • The result of the verification of the candidate's knowledge of the specialty for which he is applying - oral exam.

The maximum grade that any candidate can receive is an excellent 6.00.

For the held competition, the commission draws up a protocol that contains the ranking of the candidates. The result of the contest is communicated in writing to the persons who participated in it within 3 days of its holding.

The employment relationship arises with the candidate ranked first with the highest overall score.
